Refund policy

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must return the product within 7 days
from the date of purchase with the original receipt.
• Mishandled, customized, products in promotion will not be accepted for 
return/exchange.
• Item must be returned unused in its original packaging and good condition.
• No return/exchange for sale, mishandled, damaged or altered items, consumable 
items (supplements)
• NO CASH REFUNDS will be given, a corporate cheque/shop credit will be issued 
within 21 business working days.
• In case of refund, Deduction of 2.5% will be applied for credit / debit card payments.
• No return / exchange for items that were already delivered and assembled.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon shipment and you should 
notify us immediately
